Terms of Use

Hi,

I've registered and tried to change my password but keep getting an error message that I need to agree to the terms of use.  I found a link at the bottom of the page but it doesn't have anywhere that I can confirm that I agree with them.

Hope this message goes through and I'm able to get back here to check it out.
