What should I use to clean up after my puppy?

My puppy is nearly house broken, but the accidents he’s had in the house are making things stinky.  He has a favorite corner he likes to go in, and the smell there is almost unbearable. I’ve cleaned it multiple times, but I think the urine has soaked through the carpet pad and into the sub-floor, because the smell just won’t go away.  Does anyone have any experience with this type of problem? Does anyone know if this type of   pet odor removal  will work for such set-in smells?

Joaquin, I am not familiar with that product but my favorite clean up after a dog product is called the Equalizer.  If possible try to block off  that area he is soiling to try and help break the habit.  House training a pup can be a lot of work but it sounds like you are almost there.  Good luck!
