Vomiting Green

My puppy is 7 months old now and all of a sudden she started vomiting green, hasn't eaten in 3 days, and can't seem to keep water down very well, and shivers constantly now. Her sister is doing great so I think has to be something she found and ate. Can anyone help me?

Silvazi, sorry to hear your dog is sick. Vomiting, not eating and not being able to keep anything down can all mean something very serious. Puppies will often eat just about anything. If there is a foreign object stuck in her digestive tract, or she has consumed something toxic, it is life threatening. The shivering may very well be a sign of pain.
I would strongly encourage you to seek immediate medical attention for her. There may possibly be a 24 hour emergency clinic in your area. If you are unable to find an emergency clinic, call your vet or any vet near you and they will have instructions on their answering machine for emergencies.
