Sick kitten found

I found a kitten beside the road in front of my house. It's making a lot of sad meow sound. When I'd a look at it, the kitten cannot stand, the head keep spinning, and with the sad meow sound. I think the poor kitten might be hit by a car, but there's no blood or any damage at the body. 1. What's with the head hard giggling, almost like a rocker's spinning? 2. Is it only a health problem? The kitten is more than a month. I'm taking the kitten inside the house and it is sleeping. If not, it'll continue that spin and sad meow sound. The road is not a busy one, it's inside our secured neighborhood with fences and security guards. Could anybody tell me how to save it? 'cause my place it's very hard to find a vet. Thank you

Zainal2adidin, it is difficult to say what exactly is going on with the kitten.  Without knowing what happened we can only guess that the kitten could be suffering from a head injury or some sort of health problem.  In either case, the kitten really needs medical attention by a vet.  If you are unable to get the kitten to the vet, try giving your local animal shelter a call and see if they can help.  Good luck!
