Anyone ever had a pomeranian that got injured and the result was a broken tail? Did you have anything done about it?

Ddaeger, sorry to hear about your dogs tail. I have seen a few broken tails in years as a vet tech and the treatment often depended on the location and severity of the break. If the break is up near the hind end it may be quite painful for the dog to lift to go to the bathroom as well as most other activities involving much movement.
If the break is at the end of the tail it may be slightly less of an immediate problem however still painful. One complication can be if the blood supply to the end of the tail is interrupted then any part beyond the break will die. If that happens the dog could possibly get an infection. The part of the tail beyond on the break may be cold and limp indicating the loss of blood supply and nerve function.
In many cases the tail may need to be amputated just above the break. Tail injuries can be tricky because they are difficult to bandage and they are always moving and banging into things. In any case, it is best to have it checked out by the vet.
I hope this helps and please let us know how things turn out or if we can be of any further assistance. Good luck!
