My maine Coon is Diabetic

Hi,

I am new here and wanted to know if anyone has a Maine Coon that is Diabetic ? Mine  was limping all of a sudden and I took him right to the Vet and she ran tests and told me  he was Diabetic and is now on Insulin. He gets shots twice a day and is a very loving pet and very gentle. I would also appreciate any other problems anyone may have with a Maine Coon they own.
