What causes a cat to have a sagging belly? Hes not fat overall or looking from above

You are not alone many people have felines with a little extra fluff. That is where gravity takes it, but not to worry, some cats just seem to carry any extra skin or fat there. It is not a problem to the cat nor does it mean he will be predisposed to any health issue.
