My cat is been hunting and killing small birds and mouses, and bring it them inside the house, he does'nt eat them but he makes a big mess. This is happening more often and I really don't know what to do, is he trying to tell me something?

Lovemycat, your kitty is exhibiting his natural instinct to hunt, kill and drag to safety, his food. While most domestic cats do not rely on prey for food, the instinct to hunt is hard wired and they just can't help it.
This behavior is really difficult to curb because it is instinct. It's kind of like trying to get a Retriever not to retrieve. You may have some luck with a break a way collar with a bell. Please make sure it is a break a way collar so if your cat gets caught on a branch or something the collar will release. Some cats will still learn to hunt with a bell on and the only way to stop it for sure would be to keep him inside.
My cats are bringing in critters as well so I know how frustrating it is. Good luck and let us know if the collar helps.
