hi, my is lora and i have a 5 moth old kitten that's been vomiting up for 2days and won't hold her food down and her throw up clear/slimy so,what to do

If your kitten has been vomiting and cannot keep any food down, I would suggest a visit to the vet as soon as possible. My concern would be that she may have swallowed something or has another problem that is not allowing food to pass through as it should.
