Friendly, loyal, and watchful, the Boston is a great family dog. They are patient with children.
Activity level
These dogs will enjoy a good walk and a nice playtime but are not overly active.
Training
Training should begin early as Bostons can be a little stubborn. Also, owners should learn how to stop the watchdog barking as some Bostons bark too much and the neighbors may complain. Housetraining can be a challenge.
